HDR CAPTURE MADE EASY - AVerMedia Live Gamer 4K Review (GC573)

4K and HDR capable capture cards are finally coming out from all number of different companies! (I have more reviews coming, too!) Today we're taking a look at the AVerMedia Live Gamer 4K (AVerMedia GC573) - a PCIe x4 Gen 2 capture card capable of recording 4k 60fps, 1080p 240fps, 1440p 144fps, and supports HDR and ultrawide! Bonkers!
This review was slightly delayed due to discovering some issues with AVerMedia's Nvenc implementation, but I got them to fix it! HUZZAH!
NOTE: Elgato is releasing a free update enabling HDR passthrough and multiple selectable algorithms for SDR tonemapping for their 4K60 Pro. Video on that soon.
NOTE: Elgato 4K60 Pro CAN record 240/144fps in OBS/XSplit, just no the 4K Capture Utility. I mis-spoke, sorta.
