Fish biryani ingredients
Fish marination:
2kilos Fish
1/2tsp turmeric
Salt to taste
2 to 3 tbsps dhania powder
2tsps Chilli powder
Curd 250gms

Cooking process
Basmati rice 10 cups
Pudina leaves 2 cups
Kothimeri 2cups
Green chillies 10-12
Ginger garlic paste 7 tbsps
Salt
Turmeric
Chilli powder
Curd 1 cup for gravy
2 lemons juice
7 onions finely sliced half quantity for deep frying
7 tomatoes sliced
Star anise 2
Black cardamom 3
Green cardamom tbsp
Cloves 1 tbsp
Mace or janitorial 1
Cinnamon 1 big roll
Bay leaves 4
Clove leaves 2 optional
Shajeera 1tbsp
Oil for frying and biryani
