Circa 1995-1997. Originally recorded for KBTC-TV 28 in Tacoma, WA. This was a tape for broadcast use not an air check. The tone, bars, and countdown was never intended to be on the air. Tones and bars used as adjustment and calibration purposes only. The countdown was to let the person switching to the video for air play.
