In this video I break down that if you're attempting to cut fat by tracking your caloric/macro intake based off the labels provided from the manufacturer you have to be HYPER aware that they are undercutting their numbers in an effort to sell their product.

Due to this you as the consumer need to be aware that you need to then undercut those numbers yourself to ensure you are putting yourself in a caloric deficit.
