MY DELICIOUS CAKE RECIPE ( 4inch mini baking tray )
serves - 2

6tbsp - buttermilk or milk
2tbsp - butter
1tbsp - ghee
3tbsp - cocoa powder
1/4tsp - salt
1tsp - baking powder
1 - egg
4tbsp - sugar
4tbsp - flour

while you mix, also set the oven for preheat at 180 degree Celsius for 8mins
and then butter the baking tray and pour the batter in the tray and put it in the oven to bake at 180 for 25mins.

once done. take it out and let it cool

CHOCOLATE GANACHE

4tbsp - cocoa powder
1tsp - corn flour
3tbsp - sugar
1/2cup - buttermilk / water / milk
heat it and stir continuously until it thicken

remove from heat and add 1tbsp butter and mix.
