BRIDGE FISHING FOR MANGROVE JACKS + BASIC TIPS TO CATCH THEM

Mangrove jacks have been my "go to fish" when i wanted some good fish fighting action on a baitcasting set up.

with the proper baitcasting set up, landing a good size jack will be an easy task. it's the "finding the fish" that makes mangrove jack hunting hard especially when you are casting from the land and not on a boat.

the best way to find them is to determine where they usually hunt their food and where they usually live. bride post, jettys, mangove estuaries, riverside rock formations, and sunken trees and their roots are the usual locations where these brutes hangout.

this is a quick but detailed session that is intended to help you land your first mangrove jack. Gears to be used are not limited to baitcasting set up. the spinning set up can also be used depending on what gears you have.
