Pep Guardiola discussed the pressure Premier League managers are under and the need to get results, after Chelsea sacked head coach Frank Lampard on Monday.

The former 'Blues' captain leaves Stamford Bridge following a run of five defeats in eight Premier League games, with Thomas Tuchel expected to take over.

Guardiola pointed out that managers are rarely given enough time to prove themselves in modern football, saying: "You have to get results. If you don't you will be replaced by another manager."
