This Cape Cod House Has a Secret Garden

Cape Cod Greenhouse Home takes a traditional and common house and transforms it into a unique place where we can grow all the produce that we need all year. It’s intended for northern environments where it’s subject to all 4 seasons including the hot summers and cold snowy winters. The greenhouse naturally heats up with the help of the sun and during the hot summer days, there are ridge vents along the top of the greenhouse that automatically open to let out all the hot air that naturally rises. In the cold winter, the geothermal heating system adds additional heat to the greenhouse and home. This house has 2000 square feet of living area and 1400 square feet of planting area 3 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms.
