Is it harder to lose weight in the winter?

I have been stuck in the low 160s for about two months now, and I thought it was because I had been doing a few experiments where I was eating more food, still carnivore, but less strict, and then I had some cooking videos to shoot so we had a lot of extra food around that I wouldn’t normally eat like dairy.

But then I got to thinking, I wonder how much the change in seasons affects weight loss, specifically summer, moving into fall, and then into winter.

It seems like for me I need a challenge to help boost my weight loss in the winter time, especially with all these holidays and extra food laying around. So that’s why I decided to do the four-month carnivore weight loss challenge. I just kicked it off last week, from December 1, 2023, until March 31, 2024. I am going to be doing four different strict versions of carnivore and adding in a lot of exercise in the form of strength training. I am typically doing walks, but I wanted to add in that strength training as well.
