To make 4 burgers you will need:

Beef Patty:
Ground beef - 22.9 oz (650g)
Salt - to taste
Black pepper - to taste
Oil - 1 fl oz (30ml)

Sauce:
Onion - 1 medium
Garlic - about 5 cloves
Oil - 0.68 fl oz (20ml)
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Chili flakes - 1/3 teaspoon
Ground paprika - 1 tablespoon
Wine vinegar - 0.68 fl oz (4 teaspoons)
Worcestershire sauce - 2.3 fl oz (4 tablespoons)
Ketchup - 2.3 fl oz (4 tablespoons)
Water - 1 fl oz (30ml)

Other Ingredients:
Lettuce leaves - a few leaves
Tomato - 1
Sweet pickled onions - 0.7 oz (20g)
Pickled cucumber - 1
Burger buns - 4

Frozen French Fries:
Salt - to taste
Seasoning for fries - to taste

Fries Sauce:
Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons
Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon

Burger Patty:
Form ground beef into patties about 0.4 inches (1 cm) thick. The diameter of the patty should be about 20% larger than the diameter of the bun because the patty will shrink during cooking. Season the patty with salt and pepper. Sear on both sides over high heat for 2.5 minutes per side.

Burger Sauce:
Finely chop the onion and garlic. Sauté over medium heat until half-cooked, then add sugar and allow the onion to caramelize. Add chili pepper. Pour in wine or apple cider vinegar and let it evaporate. Add paprika powder, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and water. Cook the sauce over low heat until it thickens.

French Fries:
Spread frozen French fries on baking paper. Add salt and seasoning to taste. Bake at 225°C (437°F) for about 20 minutes.

Fries Sauce:
Mix mayonnaise with Dijon mustard.
