Описание к видео What is a Heat Exchanger?

What is a heat exchanger? A heat exchanger is nothing more than a metal cell or tube that is designed to remove the heat from the burned gas or oil in your furnace and transfer that heat into your home or building.

The heat exchanger also must provide a barrier form the flue gas and the air in your home. When a heat exchanger has an area of concern some of the flue gas can enter your home and cause health risks and even death. Death is highly unlikely but has occurred in some cases.
