Rex Airlines or Regional Express is the second largest regional airlines outside Qantas Group which operates a fleet of 57 Saab 340 aircraft in its regional fleet. From Mount Isa, in partnership with Queensland Government, Rex uses its Saab 340 aircraft to operate 3 milk run routes named W2 to Brisbane, N2 to Townsville and the Gulf to Cairns. With these regional routes Rex connects Mount Isa with 18 regional towns and cities.

Today, I'm going to travel on the Gulf route and travel from Mount Isa to Cairns with 4 stops in the middle!! It should be quite an adventure!! Let's go!!
