The current generation of young adults are often considered as the "lazy" generation, yet Trish Wagner thinks differently than the rest.

In her talk, Trish Wagner delved into the concept of Dopamine Deficit and its benefits. She also provided ways on how we could achieve such deficit and how high school students would gain positivity through it. Hi there my name is Trish Wagner. I am a mom of three young adults who are Elgin grads and a high school teacher in Surrey of 35 years. I recently went back to school to get my masters in counseling as I realized I needed more tools to help me do this job that I love so much! I am passionate about learning about how to help support others to thrive in this ever challenging world. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
