Well... along with "A espada de ouro" this was the most popular jingle of Marshal Lott, candidate for the Presidency of the Republic by the coalition PTB/PSD in the 1960 elections.

The jingle used in his campaign is considered one of the best ever made in election campaigns in Brazil.
