Join as we explore the industrial graveyard of the old Margam Maintenance Rail Depot which closed in 2009.

The last episode in our current spooky series for Halloween - ‘Mysterious Wales’ Ghost & Legends.

Margam rail yard is close to the Wales Coast path as you walk past Kenfig Dunes to Margam Moors. It’s not far away from the old buried castle of Kenfig Castle.

Most of the site has been cleared but the tracks and quite a lot of the freight wagons still remain.

If you are wondering, Margam Rail Yard is not fenced off and there are no ‘Keep Out’ or ‘Trespass’ signs.
