How to repeat network up to 1000ft with the continuous cable running

The PoE extender can repeat the data network, but the PoE extender needs to daisy chain to the cable. It creates the failure points in the middle. One of the customers just bury 1000ft cat6 Ethernet cable without knowing the TCP/IP limited (328ft). Now he needs to dig the cable to add two PoE extenders to get the whole system up.
