Where does border wall construction stand? Portions of an incomplete wall seen on Arivaca ranch

Jim Chilton and his wife Sue have lived at their ranch in Arivaca, Arizona, since 1991. Chilton’s ranch stretches several miles down to the southern border. Chilton let ABC15's crew tag along on a drive across his ranch, eventually reaching the U.S.-Mexico border. We saw portions of an incomplete wall and a point where the wall just stopped on Jim Chilton’s ranch.
