Fort William, Scotland Travel & Food Guide | Scotch Pie & Jacobite Train in the Scottish Highlands

We visited Fort William with the intentions to hike Ben Nevis, the highest mountain in the British Isles. The weather didn't turn out to be favorable, but we still enjoyed the landscape and delicious food!

This was the first time we tried a Scotch pie, which I've completely fallen in love with. Scotch pie is one of the dishes I constantly crave here at home, but we don't have great meat pies around!

We also participated in a tour and whiskey tasting at Ben Nevis Distillery. I'm not much of a drinker, so this was something for Doug to enjoy.
