How to fix PES 2017 Game not launching (100% FIXED)

PES 2017 is the goat of all efootball games but even goats can ran into errors just like any other games. The most common error is when you open the game, and nothing happens. So today I want to teach you how we can fix this error.
The two main causes are:
1. Your PC might be missing game drivers or
2. Your game files might be infected by a virus so I recommend
regular virus scans.

Sometimes this can happen if your pc specs don't meet the minimum needed to run the game.
