Defender Seat Foam Replacement - How To Replace Your Seat Foam Base

I'm replacing my worn out Land Rover Defender seat bases with new foam. This is a step by step "how to" to replace yours. With my seats now 20 years old, the original seat foam bases had deteriated, spreading foam dust in the vehicle and not providing much support. It's an easy DIY job. The Land Rover part number is EXT321-2.
