"If everything is alright you mustn't change things."

Recently Steenks Service delivered a new Bull 4 electric tractor to bell pepper nursery Leo v.d. Berg (Quality Peppers). The choice of the Bull 4 was a logical one, since they are already worked with a Bull electric tractor for 14 years. Since the carts with peppers have become heavier they were looking for a heavier electric tractor. In this video Maikel van den Berg, co-owner, tells why they chose the Bull.

Maikel van den Berg, co-owner of the Leo van den Berg nursery:

“We have 9 hectares of bell peppers at two sites. One on each side of Bleiswijk. At this location we work with a bottom unloading system. We have large containers that go into the truck on site. Those large containers are heavy and the Bull simply has to be strong enough to pull the containers forward. We grow high quality bell peppers and we also want to use high-grade equipment. That is why we opted for the Bull. We chose the Bull from Steenks. We already had a Bull 3, for I think 14 years. Very satisfied with it, but still, it is susceptible to wear so we really chose exactly the same again but with a more powerful motor because over the years we started using another system.”
