G 45 Precious Memories mini album with 6 x 4 flip page tutorial

How to make a 6 x 4 flip out page tutorial.Love the new Precious Memories collection from Graphic 45 and decided to make a little mini album for a baby shower gift with it. This photo album is easy and fast to make and the base for the album it is made out of one 12 x 12 sheet of paper:-)
Showing the album in the first 5 minutes in the video.The base for the flip page tutorial goes from 5 to 15 minutes in the video and the rest is how to decorate it with pattern paper.
You can also make one more of this flip out page and place it on the other side inside cover instead of the pocket if you want more space for photos :-)
