Residents of the Mount Rock Manor community are being warned about a concerning condition after a high level of nitrates were found in the water.

The exceeding level of nitrates poses a risk to pregnant women and infants under six months old—which could cause what DEP stated is "blue baby syndrome", also known as Infant Methemoglobinemia.
