In the movie "Falling Down" (1993), directed by Joel Schumacher, there's a significant scene that takes place in a Korean convenience store. The film's protagonist, William "D-Fens" Foster, played by Michael Douglas, is an unemployed defense worker who is slowly losing his grip on sanity amidst the frustrations of urban life.

In the Korean store scene, Foster enters a convenience store, owned by a Korean immigrant named Mr. Lee.
