For a long time, I thought I could only be proud of myself if I got everything right, f I was productive, polished, and flawless all the time.

The truth? That version of pride never lasted. It left me exhausted, self-critical, and constantly feeling like I wasn’t enough.

What I’ve learned is that I don’t need to be perfect to be proud of myself. In fact, letting go of perfectionism has been one of the most freeing things I’ve done. Today I want to talk about how I got there, and how you can start feeling the same way.
