Stuffed Salmon Recipe

Ingredients List

4 salmon fillets
100g shrimp (6-8)
100g cream cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups spinach

Season shrimp with
1/4 tsp salt & black pepper
1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
And cook with 1 tbsp oil

To the mix- season with 1/2 tsp black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, thyme and 1 tsp Cajun seasoning

Season with salmon with a generous amount of salt black pepper and Cajun Seasoning ensuring to not over season.

1 tbsp butter to pan dear salmon or these can be baked for 15 minutes on 180•C
