We also recently had a GREAT need for older versions of Skype when 3 or 4 self proclaimed 'pirates' 'Skype Room Hackers, 16 year old kids entered some of our Skype room group chats and changed pic and topic sent files and pictures into the chat, added fake members, and so many messages that we could not remove them, especially for those room owners and moderators who did not have older skype versions. We need to be able to moderate our skype rooms chats, ban these bad behaving members and remove or edit messages which current Skype versions will not allow any more.
