When you go through a teleporter, it will try to determine things like what music should be played upon arriving from the current area's list of warps. However, passing through a loading zone changes the area to one with no warps, which means that the pointer to the area's list of warps is null. The game then tries to dereference this null pointer, causing the game to crash.

My previous setup for this crash only worked on the Virtual Console releases and other emulators, due to requiring the camera to travel to PUs. This setup avoids any such high speed strategies at all and thus is compatible with the N64 console.
