TOPDRESSING and LEVELING with SAND // How To Sand Level and Overseed Your Lawn

It's that time of year again for topdressing, leveling, and overseeding of my lawn but this year I finally tried out SAND as my leveling material of choice. There are benefits to sand capping a lawn but also some things to be aware of when you make that choice. In the video I discuss why I have chosen this for my lawn and what has to happen going forward to maintain it.
