Destiny 2 Season of the Lost - Solo Vault of Glass Raid Entrance Encounter / Solo Raise The Spire Encounter in VoG Destiny 2. Just a quick video showing a solo clear of the first entrance in VoG. Details below.

Time to revisit the rest of Vault of Glass this season. Will do all of these on a Titan this time around, as it's the only class capable of doing Atheon as it currently stands. I'll have the Entrance, Confluxes, Oracles and Templar up this week. Atheon I did earlier in the season with the broken hammers already. The effort involved in doing it the normal way again isn't really worth it this time around, and mostly because it's not a very fun solo to do. It's still doable with the same strat as last season, just needing near perfect damage phases:    • Solo Atheon - Vault of Glass Raid [Destiny 2]   - it could probably be done with some sort of stasis and hammers build too.

Nothing has really changed for the entrance. As an explanation of what's going on though: If you destroy the head of a Minotaur, it makes them ignore the plates and just chase after you. There only one Minotaur that spawns at a time for a plate, and those Minotaurs can only capture they plate that they spawn at. Other enemies being on the plates will not capture them.

So you can just jump up to the top right plate, capture the plate and defeat that Minotaur. The next one for the top right plate will spawn between right and middle, so you make that one headless. After that, clear the middle plate, and the next Minotaur will spawn between right and middle again. Make that one headless, and make them follow you to the bottom left plate. Clear that plate and capture, make the one that spawns near the bottom plate headless. Now you have 3 Headless Minotaurs chasing you around, ignoring the plates allowing you to build the spire. Stay alive through the rest of the encounter and it's finished.

The only other thing you need to know, is that you need to keep the attention of the Headless Minotaurs. If they lose aggro on you, they will return to their plate and capture it. But if their attention is on you the entire time, they will continue to ignore their plate objective.
