This video is a tribute to one of the most influential and inspirational figures of all times, Bob Dylan.

“Blowin’ in the Wind” is a song written by Dylan in 1962. It is a protest song that raises rhetorical questions about peace, war and freedom. He believes that the answers are there, however, no one dares to find them.

Dylan's lyrics incorporate political, social, philosophical, and literary influences and he has worked with musical genres including folk, blues, country, rock and roll, and gospel.

His numerous awards including eleven Grammys, a Golden Globe award, and an Oscar for his song, Things Have Changed from the movie Wonder Boys. In 2016, Dylan was awarded the Nobel Prize for Literature, recognizing his countless contributions to music and letters.

Lou Majaw is an Indian legendary musician with more than 50 years of service to music. He lives and works in Shillong, a place obsessed with Dylan. In 1966, Lou was introduced to Bob Dylan's work. Inspired by his music, he later organized a "Dylan's birthday concert" in Shillong on 24 May 1972. Since then he has organized the concert each year on 24 May to pay obeisance to Dylan, with the shows generating national and international interest. Lou Majaw was awarded with the 4th Dr Bhupen Hazarika Award by the Governor of Assam for his contribution to music.
