Once again we saw a record low inventory in the Denver area at the end of February with just 2,024 homes on the market at the end of the month. The majority of homes are selling with multiple offers in a number of days. Many homes are selling at 10%, 15%, even 20% over list price and buyers are offering the world with appraisal gap coverage, inspection limitations and free rent backs.
