The Organising Committee of the 3rd AIAC-ICC Pre-Moot (“Pre-Moot”) for the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot (“Willem C. Vis Moot”) is delighted to share highlights of the competition held in Kuala Lumpur on 22nd - 24th March 2019 (https://www.aiac.world/Pre-Moot-2019-.... As a curtain-raiser for the Pre-Moot, the ICC Young Arbitrators’ Forum (“ICC YAF”) and AIAC Young Practitioners’ Group (“AIAC YPG”) organised a conference “The Anatomy of International Arbitration: Procedure, Substance and Enforcement”. Experienced practitioners and academics shared valuable experience and expressed views on several issues arising from the Problem for the 26th Willem C. Vis Moot.
