Whether fortunately or unfortunately, the Dragons of Mania had a planet prone to attracting wild cosmic storms from outer-space. These storms from space ravaged the home world of these dragons long before space travel was even thought of. Some would say the chaos drove them mad, but the devotees of the Mad-King would say they've been enlightened. Enlighted to the joy and power of the storms and the chaos they bring. In this video we will be playing as these devotees while using the Storm Devotion civic, the Astrometeorology civic, and the Storm Chasers origin. Will the dragons succeed in bringing storms and chaos to every inch of the galaxy? Or will the other inhabitants of the galaxy have something to say about that?
