This is Allen Edmonds' 2020 entry into casual; service boot-dom. While their website wildly misdescribes these boots, they look pretty cool! In the light-coloured nubuck and typical 6-inch service cap-toe boot design (with a few flashy elements) they would suit any casual outfit.
