Dear Lord,

I come before you today to pray for all those who are facing anxiety and stress in their lives. I pray for your divine intervention and guidance to bring peace and calmness to their hearts and minds.

In Luke 10:41-42, you remind us of the importance of focusing on you and your word. Help us to prioritize our relationship with you above all else, knowing that you are the source of true peace and rest.

I pray that you would release the burdens of anxiety and stress from the lives of those who are struggling. Replace their worries with your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding. Grant them the strength to cast their cares upon you, knowing that you care for them.

Lord, I lift up those who are overwhelmed by the pressures of life, whether it be work, relationships, or other circumstances. Fill them with your Holy Spirit, giving them the wisdom and discernment to navigate through the challenges they face.

May your presence be a constant source of comfort and refuge for those who are feeling anxious and stressed. Help them to find solace in your promises and to trust in your unfailing love.

I also pray for those who may be dealing with chronic anxiety or anxiety disorders. Bring healing to their minds and bodies, Lord. Surround them with a supportive community that can provide encouragement and understanding.

As we bring our anxieties and stresses to you, may we be reminded of your words in Matthew 11:28-30, where you invite us to come to you and find rest for our souls. Help us to surrender our worries to you, knowing that you are able to carry our burdens and give us true rest.
