2. Salt - as per taste

5. Fenugreek Seeds (crushed) - 1 tsp

7. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
8. Big Cardamom - 2
9. Small Cardamom - 2
10. Oil - 2 tbsp
11. Cinnamon - 2 small pieces
12. Saaboot Jeera - 1 tsp
13. Black Pepper - 8 to 10
14. Cloves - 4
15. Saaboot Dhaniya - 1 tsp
16. Dhaniya Powder - 1 tbsp
17. Aamchoor Powder - 1 tsp
18. Green Coriander - 1/2 cup
19. Whole Red Chillies 2
