𝑶𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒔 - 𝑨𝒏𝒀 𝑴𝑴𝑽: 𝑺𝒆𝒏 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝑨𝒓𝒄

This is a big project that’s been in progress for a couple months. I started it, then had to switch my attention to other edits, then decided I wanted to have it done by the end of the year and worked very hard to make that happen.

I’ve been asked a few times over the years if I’d consider making mmvs for AnY, and my answer was always something to the effect of ‘nah, not for me. I’m a video editor, I don’t move still pictures around (lol). too complicated, not interested.’ And, well, here we are 😂 My first mmv!

I want to add as a sort of disclaimer - I don’t watch too many mmvs (terrified of spoilers beyond the point I’ve read to so far), so I’m not familiar with all of the effects and styles that are prevalent. Sooooo I just kind of…winged this? My editing style is pretty simple, I don’t usually play with effects and overlays and such, so it was a whole new world that I dove into for this edit. It’s probably the most complicated edit I’ve ever made, just because of the sheer number of tracks that began to pile up (I actually lost count lol).

Deciding to make an mmv was actually a spontaneous thing as well, I had just finished around Vol. 30 and just…I don’t know, I just had to try. I wanted to attempt to capture all of the emotion and epicness of this arc, kinda let my imagination spill out into video form. I was editing it before I’d really processed the project I was undertaking haha!

Side note - this mmv technically encompasses only part of the “Sen Province Arc,” (I titled it that because it’s what the author called it). There’s a lot of build up before and more aftermath, but I wanted to highlight the chapters/volumes surrounding this epic battle, the “finale” of the arc, shall we say.

Anyway, this arc had me on the edge of my seat the whole way though, and if I could try to bottle all those feelings and put them somewhere, this edit would be it. I hope you guys enjoy watching it as much as I did making it ❤
