PineApple Chunks - 800g
Cinnamon Stick And Star Anise
Sugar - 200g
(Cookie Dough)
Butter - 125g
Margarine - 125g
Powdered Sugar - 80g
Egg Yolks - 02
Vanilla Extract - 1/2 Tsp
Flour - 300g
Corn Flour - 50g
Milk Powder - 50g
(Egg Wash)
Egg Yolks - 02
Oil - 01 Tsp
Honey - 1/2 Tsp
Vanilla Extract - 2 Drops
Orange Food Coloring - 2 Drops
Egg Yellow Or Lemon Yellow Food Coloring - 2 Drops
(Bake @ 160c For 20 to 25 Minutes
After Egg Wash
Bake Again @ 150c For 10 Minutes)
