L'équipe Team #ÉTS est fière d'avoir remporté la 1ere place à la 25e Compétition Internationale de #Simulation #IISE propulsé par #Arena de #RockwellAutomation, Inc. 🥇

L’équipe ETS avait pour objectif d’aider Rocky Mountain Cabinetry à améliorer ses performances opérationnelles afin de saisir une opportunité de marché significative. Pour ce faire, l’équipe ETS a fourni un outil opérationnel intégré basé sur le concept de système de production Digital Twin de RMC. Cet outil est piloté par le logiciel de simulation Arena de Rockwell Automation, associé à un programme linéaire mixte à nombres entiers pour une affectation optimale des travailleurs.

Les résultats du modèle ont montré qu'un gain de capacité significatif pouvait être obtenu en planifiant et en simulant des opérations d'une semaine à l'autre avec l'outil Team ETS.

Team ETS had the objective to help Rocky Mountain Cabinetry increase it's operational performance to be able to capture a significant market opportunity. To do so, Team ETS delivered an integrated operational tool based on the concept of a Digital Twin of RMCs production system. This tool is driven by the Arena Simulation Software by Rockwell Automation combined with a Mixed Integer Linear Program for optimal workers assignation.

Model results showed that a significant gain on capacity could be achieved by planning and simulating week-to-week operations with Team ETS' tool.
