Ingredients

For chum chum

Milk - 2 litres
Vinegar- white vinegar 1/2 cup
Sugar- 2 cup
Cardamom- 2 pods
Maida(optional)- 1 tbsp
Baking soda/ powder(optional)- a pinch

For cream stuffing

Milk powder- 1-1/2 cup
Milk- 1 cup
Ghee- 1 tbsp
Edible colour- optional (if kesar is available then add kesar milk for colour or if both of them is not available then add a pinch turmeric powder) but kesar milk is good option for colour
Almonds or any dry fruits available or one can add tutti fruity or cherry too..
