💪 Origins: Anterior surface & medial half of clavicle, anterior surface of sternum, superior six costal cartilages, aponeurosis of the external oblique muscle
💪 Insertion: Lateral crest of bicipital groove
💪 Actions: Humerus adduction, humerus medial rotation, humerus flexion (clavicular head), humerus extension (sternocostal head)
💪 Innervation: Medial and lateral pectoral nerves (C5-T1)
💪 Blood supply: Pectoral branch of the thoracoacromial trunk
