My name is Richard Ollis. I'm with Ollis and company. Our primary business units are centered around risk management, employee benefits and insurance. Recently we've added our business consulting division. Although we've been in business almost a hundred and thirty years. The old way of managing the new generation was not working for us. People Centric Consulting really helped us bridge that gap, engaged our people and they are far more involved in our business model, therefore providing more effective service and results to our clients. Our overall sales are up over 10% this last fiscal year. More importantly, we served our clients more effectively. And then lastly our people are more engaged. I think our people are happier with the fact that we''re gathering initial input. I think that they are excited about the ownership that they are taking in the direction of our company. In the past, we would have just made an executive level decision, introduced them to our staff. Well, to the People Centric process, we actually ask our sales people to participate and made them part of the hiring process. This really reduced the time as well as the trust level that needs to be built. I bet probably a year or more. People Centric Consulting really helped us reshape the way that we manage our staff and more importantly how we gather their inputs. So I'd wrap it up to a business owner by saying it does takes some initial time and effort in the beginning but the results really proved themselves out.
