Barbershop By Stirling Soap Company. | The Daily Shave

Hello, I am Corey from Shaving with Chief and today; I am going to showcase some very high value, low cost gear that I would highly suggest to anyone considering just starting their straight-razor and/or wet shaving journey!

The razor I used in todays video is a 5/8ths Full-Hollow Solingen made blade that is absolutely perfect for any beginning. The razor is well made, light, nimble, and extremely easy to use. This razor really stands out as an excellent option for value shavers, as it’s a hand-made high carbon blade that comes honed and ready for use!

Todays choice of soap today was Stirling Soap Company’s: Barbershop. At under $15 for 5.8oz of soap, Stirling reins supreme in the value market. Stirling provides high quality soaps which deliver excellent latherability and great slickness. Their Barbershop scent is classic American, so you can expect a nice and comforting sweet and powdery experience.

For my brush today, I used my 24mm WCS Beacon Ancient Stone Synthetic brush. Synthetic brushes such as this one are extremely affordable and require very little maintenance. This brush particularly is offered in a 24mm tuxedo knot which has proven to be extremely soft and durable. At under $25, this brush is an absolutely fantastic value and would make an excellent gift for a new wet shaver!

Lastly, the Post Shave! In my opinion, no post shave balm can compete with Zingari Man’s Sego Balm… budget or not! This balm will not only last FOREVER, but it will leave your skin feeling smooth, nourished, and ready to take on the day! The balm I used in todays video was their unscented offering as it pairs nicely with any soap on the market!
