Aloha! For this month's MEOW, thought I'd do a happy Hawaiian mele, "In Waikiki," which was written for the Warner Bros '41 film "Navy Blues." It's a fun movie and the song has three or four refrains in addition to the original refrain in the sheet music; what I did was commingle the best of them, did a little "Waikiki wordsmithing," and kipped a new second refrain. I think it works well, hope you do, too. Enjoy! 🚢
