When I was in high school, I was barely eating anything and was working out 1-3 times a DAY. I thought that if I restricted myself with the foods that I ate, I would be skinny and attractive⁣

If I was skinny and attractive than I would be super happy ⁣

I was sooo tired all the time. I wouldn’t do anything more than I HAD to. ⁣

To remind you I was training at the highest level for Judo during that time. So I was burning so much! ⁣

I realized that when I was eating that little, I was actually hurting myself and I would 𝐍𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑 get to my goals by doing that ⁣

👉 So if you are trying to lose weight right now and think that eating 1200 calories is the solution ⁣

⁣𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐲 𝟏𝟐𝟎𝟎 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮: ⁣

⁣1️⃣ this amount of calories is recommended for ages 0-8 years old!!!!! NOT AN ADULT!!!! ⁣

2️⃣ It breaks your metabolism so bad that it actually causes it to hold on to stubborn fat! ⁣

3️⃣ It can cause hormone imbalances (when I was doing peak week of the body building event I did in march, I went to the doctors and my hormones were all over the place fro that exactly)

4️⃣Its NOT sustainable and will eventually cause you to binge eat because you were so deprived ⁣

5️⃣ It makes it extremely hard to meet your daily vitamins ⁣

6️⃣ You will not be 100% of your best potential cause your body is sooo tired ⁣

I wouldn’t be sharing this with you if I didn’t know what you are thinking by doing that and if I didn’t care ☺️ ⁣

⁣The times that I spent doing that to myself was the most miserable times ever! ⁣

Once I started to study and learn about nutrition, macros, the science in fitness and how our bodies work. I started to really make my health my #1 priority ⁣

⁣I eat so much more than I would ever eat! My muscles are really full, I have so much more energy and my performance in all aspects of my life is amazing! ⁣

⁣I know that breaking the 1200 calories mark can be VERY hard to do but it will be so worth it!!! 💯 ⁣
