Warm-up and Cooldown: 5-10 Dry Fire

🔁 Drill Stages
🔹 Stage 1: Controlled Pairs (6 rounds)
Fire 3 controlled pairs (2 shots per string) to the center mass
Focus: grip, sight alignment, follow-through

🔹 Stage 2: Failure Drills / Mozambique (9 rounds)
Repeat 3 times:
2 rounds to the body
1 round to the head
Focus: speed shift between zones; recoil and sight management

🔹 Stage 3: Reload & Press (6 rounds + reload)
Fire 3 rounds, reload, fire 3 more
From low ready or draw
Focus: efficient reload, steady rhythm

🔹 Stage 4: Precision Dot Drill (4 rounds)
Aim for a 2-inch dot in the head box
Fire 4 slow, accurate shots, one at a time
Focus: sight picture, trigger press, patience

🧠 Scoring (Optional)
A-zone or inside dot: 5 pts
C-zone or near miss: 3 pts
Miss: 0 pts
Perfect score = 125 pts | Passing = 100+
