Joni’s Corner: Why Does God Allow Suffering

God hates spinal cord injuries, mental illness, sickness and disease, and He hates to see us suffer. It doesn’t bring Him joy to see us in pain. So why would a loving God allow suffering? It’s because God permits what He hates to accomplish that which He loves.
