In this video I attempt to fully capture an Indian Jori or Jodi competition. I am fascinated by these traditional competitions because they are old strength training traditions, which have a legacy and long history, yet they're so unknown. Even to me its difficult to find more information about them. Here I am explaining how it happens. What kind of rituals you can expect and how they go about judging, coaching, and performing during the Jori Clubs competition.
