Is this the in-wall switch that has to be wired? What about the remote and the hub?
Yes, that is right. The switch must be wired into the wall. The centre and remote are also wireless.


Question #2: Is it compatible with 220 volt bulbs?
The Caseta Wireless dimmer used in this kit is only rated for 120V. Lutron would not recommend using 220V bulbs for this system because of this.

Question #3: How can I get rid of the clicking sound that occurs just when the light is turned on?
Answer: Increase or decrease the light. Changing the brand of the light bulbs will also help.
